Due to the intimate and adhesive nature of our products, The Black Tape Project maintains a strict return policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers. Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your tape or apparel is in its original, sealed packaging; items that have been opened or applied to skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original box and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your return using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
